RDP loses Windhoek East

Jens Schneider (RDP)
The RDP lost their only Regional Council seat in Windhoek East to Swapo.
Interesting that combined the DTA and RDP gained more votes that Swapo.

Jens Schneider (RDP) 1,169
Reggie Diergaardt (DTA) 743
